Sorry for the delayed response, I’ve been in and out of airports for a few days.
5. Commission King doesn’t support automatically assigning commissions to new products, so you would have to assign them manually. If you want to get in touch with me directly, I can provide with a quote on creating some custom code, specifically for your website, which will interface with commission king so you don’t have to do it manually.
6. It depends on lots of things – your paypal account type, the country your account is in, etc. I believe that in most cases you will have to pay a fee – but that amount varies in different situations. Contact PayPal to be sure, though.
7. Yes! There is an option in Commission King which will allow you to show the purchaser’s details (name, address, email) to the commission recipient. It’s turned off by default, but it can be found in the Settings section.
