Hi tahsin, can you please confirm what version of WP e-Commerce and WordPress/WP e-Commerce Theme you are using so I can reproduce this. On our test sites Wholesale Pricing is working as expected with the latest release of WP e-Commerce and default WP e-Commerce Theme.
