Just updating this for posterity before closing. The resolution was to conditionally load that Plugin’s resources on all pages except the WooCommerce > Store Export > Quick Export screen. The customer was informed to contact the developer of that Plugin and get them to follow best practices for loading resources conditionally so that they play well with others; like us, or WooCommerce, or any other Plugin. Done and dusted. 🙂
