Hi Thiago, I’ve responded via Support, there’s a wall of new tickets that I got through to get to you. Just for posterity and for other readers here’s what I recommended as a resolution:

#1. You provide WP Admin and FTP/SFTP access and I pull down a copy of their Plugin and conditionally unhook their Spreadsheet Class when we’re exporting, this will fix it and you can pass that fix onto the developer. I can do it now and it will probably be sorted in the hour

#2. You can provide a copy of their Plugin as an attachment here, I’ll do the same as above, it very likely will fix your problem but take a little bit of back and forth to get it 100% right, I can do it today

#3. You can contact the developer of professional event plugin and hope they figure it out
