Hi Chris, I can see you purchased the WooCommerce version of Store Exporter Deluxe, are you using WooCommerce in your store or another Plugin like WP e-Commerce or Jigoshop? You can confirm this by opening the Plugins screen within your WordPress Administration, is “WooCommerce” in the list of activated Plugins?

Also try de-activating the free “WooCommerce – Store Exporter” Plugin incase you have a really old copy of it activated as it might be so old it doesn’t know about the Pro Plugin. If this persists open up a Support ticket and I’ll get this sorted with you directly 🙂
