Salut Jean-Baptiste, you can do this without making any code changes by opening the WooCommerce > Store Export > Export screen then switching to the Users export type, under Custom User Fields enter the User meta key for “Biographical infos” and click Save Custom Fields. Then open the Orders export type, you should see “Biographical infos” appear as an Order export field 🙂
