Hi caltonnutrition, just cleaning up old topics for posterity, we do not yet support ‘export templates’ which is what you need for multiple scheduled exports. This will be announced in a future Plugin update.
Regarding the ordering of export fields, you can drag-and-drop export fields to your desired ordering then click Export Orders to save that ordering for future exports.
