Hi Marcel, that doesn’t sound normal at all as we use the WordPress WP-Cron system for scheduling exports so once we give them the correct information it’s out of our hands so to speak. Please open a Support ticket with us so we can look at this together as it may be another Plugin is interfering with the WP-Cron system or a fatal PHP error is being encountered during the WP-Cron event.
