Hi skibulk, that error would come up when the fatal error handler has been triggered or we haven’t been able to unset the ‘currently doing an export’ WordPress Option. Open up the WooCommerce > Store Status > Logs > woo_ce… for more information about that one as I bet we’re logging a report about that one.
If it persists in 2.0.3 (going out today) or causes an issue open up a Support ticket and we’ll isolate why it’s happening for you (I’ve heard of it happening on the Settings > Scheduled Exports > Execute screen but not Export screen).
