Hi Marco, you can set the e-mail address for scheduled exports under the Method tab within the Edit Scheduled Export screen. Regarding your missing custom Order Item meta field, if you generate a manual export from the Export screen do you see this field populated? Product and Order Item meta are not the same as WooCommerce stores Order Item meta within woocommerce_order_itemmeta wheras WooCommerce Product meta is stored within the postmeta table.
