Ok, some more notes.

It looks like the order is placed but isn’t given an Order Status. It’s not Processing, Completed, nothing. So it doesn’t register to WC that it’s happened.

But it does get processed through the Cart, through PayFlow (PayPal) and paid but none of that registers with WooCommerce.
