Hi Kelvin, thanks for raising this, that’s weird how it’s nuking your saved labels at export time.
Can you give me a little more data to work with so I can reproduce this?
– Is this for manual exports or scheduled exports?
– If you can give me a few sample labels too then it will be even easier to check if our UTF-8 support is screwing up and returning empty labels.
– When you mention hitting ‘Save Changes’ this is on the Field Editor screen I assume?
– If you re-open the Field Editor screen for Orders after an export does it show your custom labels or have they defaulted to empty (English in grey)?
