Hi Denise, yes this is possible within the Product and Order exports.
For the Products export look for the Product SKU export column which switches between the Product SKU for simple Products and the Variation SKU for individual Variations.
For the Orders export look for the Order Items: SKU column which uses the same behaviour as the above example 🙂
