Hi gregmet, were you importing new Products or merging Product changes? If you can send a copy of the CSV you’re using I can see what’s going on (to [email protected]) as well as a clarification of what Tags and/or Categories were skipped (there would have been mention of skipped Tags in the Import Log). Looking at saving import logs to either WordPress as a CPT or a directory (like WooCommerce does) in the next release of PID to assist in import debugging but this latest update is a major overhaul from previous releases.
