Hi NMCI, in WooCommerce Order Items include Products, Fee’s and Tax Rates so we’re not treating them any differently. What you can do to hide Tax Rates as line items is to untick Tax and Shipping from the Order item types list under Export Options for the Order export type.
If you can clarify by what you mean “Can you make this added to the product row?” I can assist further 🙂
