Hi [email protected], it’s likely that WordPress Admin is forcing a hard limit in your install which regardless of available memory is fixed at 128M or similiar. We do our best to override this while our Plugin is running exports but it doesn’t suit all WordPress installs. Please open a Premium Support ticket and I’ll work with you to get this sorted, the Limit Volume and Offset works 99% of the time to reduce the memory requirements when exporting.
