Hi goatchild903, looking at line #479 in the Plugin it seems like the File Encoding value set on the Settings tab is not compatible with SimpleXML (we use SimpleXML to generate the XML structure of our XML file exports).
Can you open the Settings tab of Store Exporter Deluxe and ensure that it is set as well as confirm what is saved, try changing it to UTF-8 if possible too. I’ve made a change in 1.6.6 that may help detect this case too. The update goes out in a few minutes so will be ready for you to use. 🙂
