Hi icecappacino, we do support exporting Variations and Variants as part of our Products export, you can filter the exported Products by the Product Type including Variants or Variations.
Our Orders export includes support for Variations and Variants through the Order Items: Product Variation, Variation ID and other export columns, again we provide filters here too.
