Hi wnewcomer, please see the Custom Products export section of Store Exporter Deluxe which will require you to enter the Post meta key for each Gravity Form value (e.g. custom_field_name) and include that column in the Product export.
I’ve added a task to add proper Gravity Forms integration in a future Plugin update.
