Hi juancamilodd, thanks for providing those details, we are in the process of adding character encoding support to Orders, Coupons and Customer exports. This will be included in an update going out shortly. For now please confirm that exports are working correctly for Products, Categories, Product Tags as that is where we have applied initial character encoding.
