    @Tom I just tried it again. It does link to the actual product but this time I have no picture. What I am doing is clicking the like link on a product and adding a comment. I really do hope this is sorted out as my husband creates fused glass jewellery and the pictures are really important when adding to facebook.

    it still doesnt work
    version 1.4 the page it hooks to is just the generic product page NOT THE INDIVIDUAL PRODUCT
    which is why amanda gets the same pic everytime to facebook
    hope someone can sort this out

    I have this plugin 1.4 on my husband’s website http://www.jaceglassdesigns.com and whilst it seems to be working and showing up fine I just discovered that when I like one of the products the image for this product does not show up on my facebook page. There is an image showing up but the same image is showing up for every product I like. This is going to cause a major problem with marketing as the product images are really important.

    I would appreciate any help you can give on this.

    Hi Tom,

    Would you mind giving 1.4 a go, I’m using the “is_single” property within the $wpsc_query object to detect the single Product details page. I’ve also added the ability to ‘manage’ the positioning of the Facebook Like button through the Store > Upgrades > Facebook Like Button.

    Also, it would be nice if this is an overall ‘like button’ for wordpress and WPSC. So other’s won’t have to configure other like button to be used outside of WPSC.

Is it possible to change the text or appearance of the 'Like' button?

Unfortunately Facebook Like only supports light/dark styling. Try switching between the two to see which works best for you.
