How often are your Plugins updated?
We update our free and Premium Plugins any time we or you discover a bug or there is a new feature that we feel should be added to the particular Plugin. The feature roadmap for our Plugins can be viewed on the Roadmap section of each Plugin page.
How do you provide support?
Support for all free Visser Labs Plugins is handled via the Plugin page comments section for feedback, Docs section for documentation and Support section for community support. Premium Plugin customers can use the above methods as well as contact us directly.
Which payment types do you accept?
All payments are handled through PayPal, you can pay using your PayPal account or as a guest with a major credit card or debit card.
