After a month in disrepair the Support Forum and Ideas section of WP e-Commerce are back and better than ever. I’ll be closely monitoring new support topics and feature suggestions going forward.
The original Support Forum and Ideas section was powered by the standalone release of bbPress and was prone to malware exploits, being the reason for its sudden removal from the site. The new bbPress Plugin for WordPress (still in beta) is now setup and running on Visser Labs.
I’ll be making template changes to the Support Forum and Ideas section over the coming days to match the existing styling and as new Plugins are introduced supporting the new bbPress Plugin will add the features you’ve come to expect from a support forum; e.g. status, e-mail notification, etc.
