Hi WooCommerce store owners, the 2.9 Plugin update is a minor Plugin release bringing jQuery Chosen dropdown support to Product import columns and enabling the import of Featured Image and Product Gallery images from ZIP files.

New features

Import Product images from ZIP files

Simply point the Featured Image column to a zipped archive and at import time Product Importer Deluxe will assign the first image as the Featured Image and add any other images as Product Gallery items.

What’s coming up in 3.0?

The next Plugin release will allow for individual import file columns to be assigned to multiple Product fields in the following 3.0 Plugin release (i.e. a “Product Name” import file column could be linked to Product Name, Featured Image Alt Text and SEO Title Product columns).
